The six criteria

Each criterion starts with the source closest to the fact and exposes what could not be established.

  • Ownership and licence: regulator record, entity, domain, and status.
  • Jurisdiction and access: terms, excluded countries, and dated check.
  • Payments: current cashier evidence and provider rules.
  • Withdrawals and bonuses: full terms and a repeatable test protocol.
  • Support and complaints: a written test and escalation path.
  • Harm-reduction controls: limits, cooling-off, exclusion, and closure.

What receives no credit

A licence logo, offer screenshot, ‘fast withdrawal’ claim, or generic responsible-gambling badge is insufficient on its own. Availability is not legality, and popularity is not safety.

Corrections and commercial conflicts

A correction records the old claim, new wording, source, editor, and date. A commercial relationship is disclosed and cannot bypass evidence requirements.
